NESDA lance un nouveau site web et une nouvelle plateforme pour faciliter l’accès à l’information et aux services

Summary of NESDA’s New Digital Platform Launch

On Thursday in Algiers, the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship (NESDA) launched its new website and digital platform aimed at streamlining the procedures for reviewing and monitoring project expansion requests. This initiative is designed to enhance accessibility to information and services for project holders, ensuring a smoother and more flexible experience.

The launch event took place at the NESDA headquarters and was led by NESDA’s General Director, Bilal Achacha. Present were Sandra Saibi, a representative from the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Start-ups, and Micro-enterprises, along with numerous economic directors and agency personnel, coinciding with Algeria’s 63rd Independence Day celebrations.

The updated NESDA website focuses on improving user experience by providing an interactive space that allows project holders to ask questions and receive guidance through "Nesda Agent," an AI-powered virtual assistant. Furthermore, the site has been updated with legal content and expanded services, including "My Project," which is tailored for entrepreneurs wishing to diversify or expand their activities.

This new service facilitates the registration and remote tracking of applications, providing automated notifications at each processing stage, thereby simplifying procedures and enhancing transparency.

Additionally, NESDA has introduced a new e-learning platform that offers high-quality training for project holders. This platform is supported by specialized experts and allows users to track their educational progress electronically until they receive a final diploma.

In his remarks to the press, Director Achacha emphasized the role of digitization as a pivotal tool in simplifying procedures related to training, funding, and support. He mentioned a goal for the year to finance approximately 10,000 micro-enterprises while also continuing reforms to enhance system performance.

Sandra Saibi elaborated on the launch of the "My Project" platform, which aligns with the national digitalization strategy across various sectors, intended to facilitate application assessments and ensure real-time data exchanges between relevant agencies, promoting transparency and improving services for citizens.

During this event, successful project examples supported by NESDA were showcased, and several of its staff members were recognized for their contributions.

In conclusion, the new website and digital platform aim to empower entrepreneurs through advanced technology, reduced bureaucracy, and comprehensive support systems, marking a significant step towards enhancing the entrepreneurial landscape in Algeria.
