Summary of the Launch of the First Edition of the President of the Republic’s Innovative Researcher Award
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Nadir Larbaoui inaugurated the inaugural edition of the President of the Republic’s Innovative Researcher Award in Algiers. This significant event took place at the "Chahid Abdelhafid Ihaddaden" scientific and technological hub in Sidi Abdellah and attracted a diverse audience, including government officials, representatives from various institutions, university faculty and researchers, as well as students.
The award aims to recognize and honor innovative contributions within Algeria’s research landscape. It is open to university faculty, hospital-university researchers, permanent researchers, and university students whose work demonstrates originality and notable scientific and economic impact.

In total, six laureates will be selected, with three each from the categories of faculty members and students, highlighting the government’s commitment to fostering innovation and scientific advancement within the country.
