Le Plan de sauvegarde et de mise en valeur de la vieille ville de Nedroma approuvé par arrêté interministériel

On October 15, the official journal announced the interministerial decree approving the Permanent Plan for the Preservation and Enhancement of the Protected Sector in the historic town of Nedroma, located in the Tlemcen wilaya of Algeria. This decree, signed by the ministers of Culture and Arts, Habitat, Urban Planning, Interior, Local Communities, and Environmental Quality, is in accordance with Law No. 98-04, which focuses on cultural heritage protection.

The approved plan, aimed at safeguarding and enhancing the historic area of Nedroma, is now available for public consultation for 30 days following the publication of the decree. Residents and stakeholders can review the plan at the local municipal offices in Nedroma and the National Agency for Protected Sectors (ANSS). This agency will oversee the implementation of the plan in collaboration with the president of the local assembly and relevant authorities, as outlined in Article 6 of the decree.
