Additionally, plans were set in motion for connecting 150 residences to the natural gas network and the launch of a project for 120 public rental housing units along with providing assistance for rural housing.

El-Meniaa Wilayah: The anniversary included the initiation of a gas network connection for an urban development in Ouled Zeyd, and the inauguration of a half-board facility at the Ksar El-Gueddim school.

Laghouat Wilayah: This region saw the laying of the first stone for a new public housing project that will provide 140 rental units in Aflou, along with the inauguration of two synthetic turf stadiums in Remilia and El-Maya, aiming to enhance local infrastructure and sports facilities.

Timimoune Wilayah: The municipality awarded 80 public rental units within the Ougrout district, inaugurated a school canteen at Ksar Ghouzel, and hosted a historical conference, connecting education with cultural heritage.

Tamanrasset Wilayah: This area focused on industrial development by laying the first stone for a new brick factory aimed at producing over 66,000 units daily, which will create approximately 117 jobs. A new demonstration of municipal forestry was also initiated while several investment projects received concessions.

Béchar Wilayah: Activities included an exhibition displaying documents and photos related to the armed struggle against colonial rule, alongside a presentation regarding the significance of the day’s events and a documentary screening about the Evian Accords.

Adrar Wilayah: Official festivities were held in Aoulef, where newly constructed facilities such as a Matico playground and a youth club were inaugurated, alongside a service station operated by the Naftal company.
