Belaribi annonce la prolongation des délais d’ouverture de la plateforme de téléchargement des documents des inscrits au programme AADL3

KHENCHELA – During a recent visit to Khenchela, Minister of Habitat, Urban Planning, and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi announced the extension of the deadline for submitting documents on the AADL3 housing program.

Belaribi stated that due to requests from individuals registered in the AADL3 program who were unable to upload their documents before the platform’s closure on May 20, the platform will reopen this Saturday for an additional 20 days. This extension aims to allow those who were delayed to complete the upload process, enabling officials to begin reviewing and sorting the applications promptly. This step is pivotal in preparing for the rollout of housing projects across various provinces.

Additionally, during the presentation of the urban development plan for 1,375 subsidized promotional housing units and 300 units under the AADL scheme, the minister underscored the importance of land availability necessary to implement various housing programs, particularly the AADL3 initiative. Despite a slight increase in housing prices due to the integration of central heating, he assured enrollees that the costs remain manageable, with monthly payments capped at 9,000 DZD.

Belaribi highlighted that his ministry is working on creating 47 urban centers across 38 provinces to ensure sufficient land for all housing initiatives included in both current and future plans. He reaffirmed the commitment to fulfilling President Abdelmadjid Tebboune’s vision of constructing 2 million homes, emphasizing the need for immediate solutions to advance this significant project.

During his tour, he visited the social housing project "Talous Ben Salah" in Babar and stressed the urgency of connecting it to basic service networks while also ensuring that the list of beneficiaries for land allocations is released as soon as possible.

The minister laid the first stone for a new high school in Ain Djarbouâ and stressed the necessity of adhering to contractual deadlines and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process. At the polyclinic project in Khenchela, he provided guidance to the overseeing study bureau to consider aesthetic aspects in the architectural designs.

Inspecting the progress of 300 public rental units in Khenchela, Belaribi directed that housing projects should commence by early June, and the identities of land beneficiaries from social lot allocations should be disclosed before the end of 2025. He expressed his satisfaction with the pace of ongoing construction and assured that once the current projects are completed, the province would be informed of new housing initiatives across various segments.

In summary, Minister Belaribi’s visit highlighted the government’s commitment to streamlining housing programs and ensuring that necessary infrastructures are in place to support the sustainable development of urban areas and meet citizens’ needs effectively.
