Interpol announced the arrest of 20 individuals across 12 countries as part of a long-term operation against child pornography. Conducted from March to May 2025, the initiative, led by Spanish authorities, involved specialized agents patrolling online platforms to identify groups sharing exploitative images. Arrests included seven suspects in Spain, notable for their connections to healthcare and education, and 10 others in Latin America, with further suspects apprehended in the U.S. and Europe. Investigations identified 68 additional suspects, highlighting an extensive international network. This follows Europol’s recent dismantling of « KidFlix, » a major child exploitation streaming platform.
