Nasri reçoit un groupe d’élèves de l’Ecole nationale d’administration

On Thursday, Azouz Nasri, the President of the Council of the Nation, welcomed students from the National School of Administration « Moulay Ahmed Medeghri » during their educational visit to the council’s headquarters, according to a statement from the parliamentary institution.

This visit is part of efforts to enhance parliamentary culture through open days aimed at various segments of society and national institutions. Students toured different spaces and structures within the Council, receiving detailed explanations about the legislative institution’s composition, its organs, and missions. They learned about various activities beyond its legislative functions, including parliamentary diplomacy.

At the conclusion of the visit, the ENA students had the privilege of meeting Mr. Nasri, who welcomed them warmly and took a commemorative photo in the « Zighoud Youcef » hall. He expressed his pleasure at receiving them in this vital constitutional institution during the open days, emphasizing the importance of connecting state institutions with citizens, especially the youth—tomorrow’s pillars of Algeria and future leaders of the Algerian administration.

Mr. Nasri highlighted the special significance of the occasion, as he himself is an alumnus of the school, graduating in 1970 as part of the third class named after the martyr hero Mustapha Ben Boulaid. He described the ENA as an essential source of national competencies and a strategic reservoir of state leaders.

Additionally, he clarified that the visit represents more than an academic activity; it is a formative step that allows students to understand legislative operations and the crucial role of the upper chamber in the institutional construction of the state. He conveyed to the students that their on-the-ground experience would undoubtedly broaden their horizons, strengthen their civic awareness, and instill a sense of responsibility and commitment—all fundamental values for building a competent and transparent citizen administration.
