Following the welcoming ceremony, General Chanegriha held an orientation meeting with military personnel. His address, which was broadcast via videoconference to all units within the region, emphasized the critical role of tactical exercises in evaluating combat capabilities and mastery of military equipment.

He stressed that professionalism in combat serves as a decisive factor in assessing the preparedness of forces, their ability to execute assigned missions, and the importance of individual performance, discipline, and adaptability to evolving battlefield conditions. The execution of tactical exercises, he noted, is essential not just for training but also for refining combat readiness.

During his visit, General Chanegriha highlighted the need for synergy between efforts and resources dedicated to maintaining national sovereignty and ensuring the security of the nation and its citizens.
