Against this backdrop of escalating crises, Guterres condemned the inertia in diplomatic responses. He urged member states to transcend mere tokenistic support and take substantial, irreversible measures toward realizing a two-state solution. He emphasized that the time for empty declarations has passed; urgent action is needed to address the worsening situation on the ground.
