Lancement de la nouvelle plateforme numérique dédiée au financement des associations de jeunes pour l’année 2025
On Thursday, in Algiers, Mustapha Hidaoui, the Minister of Youth and Chairman of the Higher Council for Youth, presided over the official launch of a new digital platform aimed at financing youth association projects for the year 2025. This event took place during a national workshop focused on assessing and promoting the funding system for youth association projects. Participants included representatives from youth associations that received project funding between 2020 and 2024.
During the launch, Hidaoui emphasized the commitment of his ministry to enhance the financing system for these associations by developing more effective methodologies. He pointed out that substantial improvements had been made to the platform intended for financing youth projects and highlighted the goal of providing young people with training and expert guidance. Additionally, he mentioned the importance of regulating relationships between the ministry and associations via a charter, as well as the necessity of continuous support and evaluation of the projects.
The ministry aims to establish a model that lays the groundwork for professional associative projects, contributing to the broader development objectives set by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune. The president places significant emphasis on empowering youth to fulfill the new economic vision.
Hidaoui also stressed the crucial role of continuous, qualitative training to enhance the project management skills of young people in line with the sector’s goals. The national workshop saw participation from 136 local youth associations and 14 national associations, alongside directors of youth and sports from all 58 provinces, marking an extensive engagement across the country.
In summary, the launch of the new financing platform for youth associations reflects the Algerian government’s ongoing commitment to empower its youth through enhanced funding, training, and regulatory frameworks. By facilitating better project management and fostering professional development, the initiative aims to integrate young voices into the national economic framework, paving the way for a more inclusive and productive future.
