L’entrepreneur Michel Ohayon inculpé pour faillite et détournement de fonds.

Michel Ohayon, businessman, has been charged with bankruptcy and misuse of company assets, as announced by the Paris prosecutor’s office. He is under judicial control, prohibited from managing any company, and required to pay a €500,000 bond. Recently detained with several former subordinates, Ohayon’s business empire has faced turmoil since the 2022 liquidation of Camaïeu. He relinquished Gap France and Go Sport after their judicial restructuring. Investigations led by the national anti-organized crime jurisdiction are probing potential financial misconduct involving multiple companies, amidst allegations of illicit enrichment from these dealings. Over 300 former Camaïeu employees are pursuing civil responsibility claims against Ohayon’s firms.
